CNPF and the SWE Hub, in cooperation with CWE Hub, will organize on the 22-24 September 2021 some project’s activities during the FOREXPO that will take place in Mimizan, France (near Bordeaux). We would like to take the opportunity to organize one day before on the 21st of September a Consortium Meeting. For the partners that can travel (see your COVID restrictions) we have a room to organize a physical meeting. For the partners that cannot travel because of remaining COVID restrictions, we will have the opportunity to have the material to allow a digital participation. All necessary transfers to the different places will be organized by CNPF.
Please book this date of the 21st of September 2021 in your agenda, as well as the 22-24th for those who are interested by the FOREXPO.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you wish to present a best practice during our workshop sessions, please register by filling the information in the Excel file on Teams (WP2 -> Study visit -> Guidelines & Reporting -> “Workshop participants Forexpo, 22-24 Sept.”) no later than Tuesday 20th July. For logistics reasons, we need to know how many presentations will be held.
On-site transportation will be taken care of, and we have already pre-booked a number of hotel rooms. For further planning, we invite participants to return the registration form by email to me, until August 16th. After this date, we will not be able to book a hotel room or transportation for you. Invitations to receive your free ticket to the fair will follow once you have registered. Guest presenters or national experts should also register this way.
According to the new Covid measures in France, access to the hotels, restaurants, and to the fair will only be possible if you have full Covid vaccination, or if you have a negative Covid test from the last 72 hours.
