30 Νοέ Το Cluster βρέθηκε στο συνέδριο European Bioenergy Future 2022
Την περασμένη εβδομάδα το Cluster Βιοοικονομίας και Περιβάλλοντος Δυτικής Μακεδονίας (CLuBE) συμμετείχε στο συνέδριο European Bioenergy Future 2022 (EBF2022) που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις Βρυξέλλες. Το CluBE είναι πλέον περήφανο μέλος του οργανισμού Bioenergy Europe και εκπροσωπήθηκε στην εκδήλωση από τον επιστημονικό συνεργάτη, Δρ. Γεώργιο Βαρβούτη.
Η συγκεκριμένη εκδήλωση ήταν μια εξαιρετική ευκαιρία για πολλούς ενδιαφερόμενους της αγοράς από τον τομέα της βιοενέργειας και τις σχετικές βιομηχανίες ξυλείας, καθώς και θεσμικούς παράγοντες και μη κυβερνητικές οργανώσεις να δικτυωθούν και να συζητήσουν για την κατάσταση και το μέλλον της βιοενέργειας στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Ευρώπης.
Το CluBE ενημερώθηκε για τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις σχετικά με το μέλλον του ελαίου που προέρχεται από την πυρόλυση της βιομάζας ως πολύτιμης πρώτης ύλης για την παραγωγή βιώσιμων καυσίμων στους τομείς των αερομεταφορών και των θαλάσσιων μεταφορών σε ένα σεμινάριο που πραγματοποιήθηκε, ως παράλληλη εκδήλωση του EBF2022, στο πλαίσιο του έργου MUSIC H2020.
Θερμό καλωσόρισμα έγινε από το CluBE στον Christoph Pfemeter, από την Αυστριακή Ένωση Βιομάζας, ως νέου Προέδρου του Bioenergy Europe. Συγχαρητήρια σε όλα τα νεοεκλεχθέντα μέλη του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Bioenergy Europe.

Last week the Cluster of Bioeconomy and Environment of Western Macedonia (CluBE) attended the European Bioenergy Future 2022 (EBF2022) conference that was held in Brussels. CluBE is now a proud member of Bioenergy Europe and was represented in the event by its project manager and scientific researcher, Dr. Georgios Varvoutis.
This event was a great opportunity for several market stakeholders from the bioenergy sector and connected wood industries as well as institutional players and non-governmental organizations to be brought together and discuss on the status and the future of bioenergy in the European region.
CluBE also followed the latest updates regarding the future of the biomass pyrolysis oil as a valuable feedstock for the production of sustainable fuels in the aviation and marine transport sectors at a seminar taken place as a side event of EBF2022 within the framework of the MUSIC H2020 Project.
In addition, a very warm welcome from CluBE to Christoph Pfemeter from the Austrian Biomass Association as the new President of Bioenergy Europe. CluBE also expresses its sincere congratulations to all the newly elected members of the Directorial Board of Bioenergy Europe.
